Our sunglasses are made according to the high quality standards of Saint Rochés. Nonetheless, your sunglasses is covered by our limited warranty against any defects in manufacturing. 

The warranty for a Saint Rochés sunglasses is valid for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase. If the product is returned during the warranty period, Saint Rochés will repair or replace any defective sunglasses at no additional cost. However the customer may be subject to the costs of shipping the product.  

Saint Rochés does not honor any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original documentation or purchased from an unauthorized retailer. If purchasing from e-commerce platforms such as eBay or an unauthorized third party vendor on Blocket or Amazon, there is a risk of receiving a pair of sunglasses that is used, counterfeit or defective.   

The Saint Rochés warranty does not cover: 

  • Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness or accidents.
  • Defects and damages due to loss, fire, water, theft or a natural disaster
  • Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
  • Esthetical defects, changes and damages due to normal wear and tear and aging.


If you experience any damage to your sunglasses that is considered to be covered by our warranty, please contact the authorized retailer where you bought them, or our customer service if you ordered on Saint Rochés website. Don´t forget to include the following info when contacting us:

  • Order number. ( a gift? Please contact the person who purchased it for you to receive the proof of purchase)
